Richard Hytner
Deputy Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide
"Creativity makes for unpredictable outcomes. Leading a creative business can therefore be exciting and scary in equal measure, demanding that the twin imperatives of creating outstanding work and delivering a commercial return are beautifully in balance. The CCB is a unique, safe environment in which to test and enhance one's creative leadership skills. Guided by world-class faculty and sharing experiences with others facing similar challenges is a reassuring, inspiring and, of course, creative journey of discovery."
